श्रीमद्भागवत गीता के ये 50 अनमोल बातें बदलकर रख देंगी आपकी सोच, जरूर पढ़ें एवं समझे
महाभारत के अनुसार कुरुक्षेत्र युद्ध में श्री कृष्ण ने गीता का सन्देश अर्जुन को सुनाया था। कहा जाता हैं ‘भगवद्’ का मतलब हैं भगवान और ‘गीता’ का मतलब हैं गीत यानी भगवान का गाया हुआ गीत। यह महाभारत के भीष्मपर्व के अन्तर्गत दिया गया एक उपनिषद् है। इसमें एकेश्वरवाद, कर्म योग, ज्ञानयोग, भक्ति योग की बहुत सुन्दर ढंग से चर्चा हुई है। इसमें देह से अतीत आत्मा का निरूपण किया गया है।
श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता के कुछ बहुत ही प्रमुख कर्म से जुड़ी अनमोल वचनो को हिन्दी और अँग्रेज़ी मे अनुवाद किया :-
1) Hindi : क्रोध से भ्रम पैदा होता है. भ्रम से बुद्धि व्यग्र होती है. जब बुद्धि व्यग्र होती है तब तर्क नष्ट हो जाता है. जब तर्क नष्ट होता है तब व्यक्ति का पतन हो जाता है।
In English : Delusion arises from anger. The mind is bewildered by delusion. Reasoning is destroyed when the mind is bewildered. One falls down when reasoning is destroyed.
2) Hindi : किसी दूसरे के जीवन के साथ पूर्ण रूप से जीने से अच्छा हैं की हम अपने स्वंय के भाग्य के अनुसार अपूर्ण जियें।
In English : It is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else’s life with perfection.
3) Hindi : जो मन को नियंत्रित नहीं करते उनके लिए वह शत्रु के समान कार्य करता है।
In English : The mind acts like an enemy for those who do not control it.
4) Hindi: वह जो इस ज्ञान में विश्वास नहीं रखते, मुझे प्राप्त किये बिना जन्म और मृत्यु के चक्र का अनुगमन करते हैं।
In English : Those who have no faith in this knowledge follow the cycle of birth and death without attaining Me.
5) Hindi: मन की गतिविधियों, होश, श्वास, और भावनाओं के माध्यम से भगवान की शक्ति सदा तुम्हारे साथ है; और लगातार तुम्हे बस एक साधन की तरह प्रयोग कर के सभी कार्य कर रही है।
In English : The power of God is with you at all times; through the activities of mind, senses, breathing, and emotions; and is constantly doing all the work using you as a mere instrument.
6) Hindi: एक उपहार तभी अच्छी और पवित्र लगता हैं जब वह दिल से किसी सही व्यक्ति को सही समय और सही जगह पर दिया जायें. और जब उपहार देने वाला व्यक्ति दिल उस उपहार के बदले कुच्छ पाने का उम्मीद ना रखता हो।
In English : A gift is pure when it is given from the heart to the right person at the right time and at the right place, and when we expect nothing in return
7) Hindi: आत्म-ज्ञान की तलवार से काटकर अपने ह्रदय से अज्ञान के संदेह को अलग कर दो. अनुशाषित रहो. उठो।
In English : Sever the ignorant doubt in your heart with the sword of self-knowledge. Observe your discipline. Arise.
8) Hindi: मनुष्य अपने विश्वास से निर्मित होता है.जैसा वो विश्वास करता है वैसा वो बन जाता है।
In English : Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.
9) Hindi: नर्क के तीन द्वार हैं: वासना, क्रोध और लालच।
In English : Hell has three gates: lust, anger, and greed.
10) Hindi: ऐसा कोई नही, जिसने भी इस संसार मे अच्छा कर्म किया हो और उसका बुरा अंत हुआ हो, चाहे इस काल मे हो या आने वाला काल मे।
In English : No one who does good work will ever come to a bad end, either here or in the world to come.
11) Hindi: लोग आपके अपमान के बारे में हमेशा बात करेंगे. सम्मानित व्यक्ति के लिए, अपमान मृत्यु से भी बदतर है।
In English : People will talk about your disgrace forever. To the honored, dishonor is worse than death.
12) Hindi: मन अशांत है और उसे नियंत्रित करना कठिन है, लेकिन अभ्यास से इसे वश में किया जा सकता है।
English : The mind is restless and difficult to restrain, but it is subdued by practice.
13) Hindi: प्रबुद्ध व्यक्ति के लिए, गंदगी का ढेर, पत्थर, और सोना सभी समान हैं।
In English : To the illumined man or woman, a clod of dirt, a stone, and gold are the same.
14) Hindi: निर्माण केवल पहले से मौजूद चीजों का प्रक्षेपण है।
In English : Creation is only the projection into form of that which already exists.
15) Hindi : व्यक्ति जो चाहे बन सकता है यदी वह विश्वास के साथ इच्छित वस्तु पर लगातार चिंतन करे।
In English : One can become whatever one wants to be if one constantly contemplates on the object of desire with faith.
16) Hindi: जो भी मनुष्य अपने जीवन अध्यात्मिक ज्ञान के चरणो के लिए दृढ़ संकल्पो मे स्थिर हैं, वह समान्य रूप से संकटो के आक्रमण को सहन कर सकते हैं. और निश्चित रूप से यह व्यक्ति खुशियाँ और मुक्ति पाने के पात्र हैं।
In English : Anyone who is steady in his determination for the advance stage of spiritual realization can equally tolerate the onslaughts of distress and happiness is certainly a person eligible for liberation.
17) Hindi: ज्ञानी व्यक्ति को कर्म के प्रतिफल की अपेक्षा कर रहे अज्ञानी व्यक्ति के दीमाग को अस्थिर नहीं करना चाहिए।
In English : The wise should not unsettle the mind of the ignorant who is attached to the fruits of work.
18) Hindi: हर व्यक्ति का विश्वास उसकी प्रकृति के अनुसार होता है।
In English : The faith of each is in accordance with one’s own nature.
19) Hindi: जन्म लेने वाले के लिए मृत्यु उतनी ही निश्चित है जितना कि मृत होने वाले के लिए जन्म लेना. इसलिए जो अपरिहार्य है उस पर शोक मत करो।
In English : Death is as sure for that which is born, as birth is for that which is dead. Therefore grieve not for what is inevitable.
20) Hindi: भगवान या परमात्मा की शांति उनके साथ होती हैं जिसके मन और आत्मा मे एकता हो, जो इच्छा और क्रोध से मुक्त हो, जो अपने खुद के आत्मा को सही मायने मे जनता हो।
In English : The peace of God is with them whose mind and soul are in harmony, who are free from desire and wrath, who know their own soul.
21) Hindi: सभी अच्छे काम छोड़ कर बस भगवान में पूर्ण रूप से समर्पित हो जाओ. मैं तुम्हे सभी पापों से मुक्त कर दूंगा. शोक मत करो।
In English : Setting aside all noble deeds, just surrender completely to the will of God. I shall liberate you from all sins. Do not grieve.
22) Hindi: किसी और का काम पूर्णता से करने से कहीं अच्छा है कि अपना काम करें, भले ही उसे अपूर्णता से करना पड़े।
In English : Much better to do one’s own work even if you have to do it imperfectly than it is to do somebody elses work perfectly.
23) Hindi: नरक तीन चीज़ो से नफ़रत हैं: वासना क्रोध और लोभ।
In English : Hell has three hates: lust, anger and greed.
24) Hindi: मैं सभी प्राणियों को सामान रूप से देखता हूँ, ना कोई मुझे कम प्रिय है ना अधिक. लेकिन जो मेरी प्रेमपूर्वक आराधना करते हैं वो मेरे भीतर रहते हैं और मैं उनके जीवन में आता हूँ।
In English : I look upon all creatures equally; none are less dear to me and none more dear. But those who worship me with love live in me, and I come to life in them.
25) Hindi: प्रबुद्ध व्यक्ति सिवाय ईश्वर के किसी और पर निर्भर नहीं करता।
In English : A Self-realized person does not depend on anybody except God for anything.
26) Hindi: सन्निहित आत्मा के अन्नत का अस्तित्व हैं, अविनाशी और अन्नत हैं, केवल भौतिक शरीर तथ्यात्मक रूप से खराब है, इसलिए हे अर्जुन लड़ते रहो।
In English : The embodied soul is eternal in existence, indestructible, and infinite, only the material body is factually perishable, therefore fight O Arjun.
27) Hindi: हे अर्जुन, केवल भाग्यशाली योद्धा ही ऐसा युद्ध लड़ने का अवसर पाते हैं जो स्वर्ग के द्वार के सामान है।
In English : Only the fortunate warriors, O Arjuna, get such an opportunity for an unsought war that is like an open door to heaven.
28) Hindi: भगवान प्रत्येक वस्तु में है और सबके ऊपर भी।
In English : God is in everything as well as above everything.
29) Hindi: अपने कर्म पर अपना दिल लगाए, ना की उसके फल पर।
In English : Set thy heart upon the work, but never on its reward.
30) Hindi: आपके सार्वलौकिक रूप का मुझे न प्रारंभ न मध्य न अंत दिखाई दे रहा है।
In English : Neither do I see the beginning nor the middle nor the end of Your Universal Form.
31) Hindi: जो कार्य में निष्क्रियता और निष्क्रियता में कार्य देखता है वह एक बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति है।
In English : The one who sees inaction in action, and action in inaction, is a wise person.
32) Hindi: सभी कार्य ध्यान से करो, करुणा द्वारा निर्देशित किए हुवे।
In English : Perform all work carefully, guided by compassion.
33) Hindi: तुम उसके लिए शोक करते हो जो शोक करने के योग्य नहीं हैं, और फिर भी ज्ञान की बाते करते हो.बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति ना जीवित और ना ही मृत व्यक्ति के लिए शोक करते हैं।
In English : You grieve for those who are not worthy of grief, and yet speak the words of wisdom. The wise grieve neither for the living nor for the dead.
34) In Hindi : कभी ऐसा समय नहीं था जब मैं, तुम,या ये राजा-महाराजा अस्तित्व में नहीं थे, ना ही भविष्य में कभी ऐसा होगा कि हमारा अस्तित्व समाप्त हो जाये।
In English : There was never a time when I, you, or these kings did not exist; nor shall we ever cease to exist in the future.
35) Hindi : कर्म मुझे बांधता नहीं, क्योंकि मुझे कर्म के प्रतिफल की कोई इच्छा नहीं।
In English : Works do not bind Me, because I have no desire for the fruits of work.
36) Hindi: हे अर्जुन ! हम दोनों ने कई जन्म लिए हैं. मुझे याद हैं, लेकिन तुम्हे नहीं।
In English : Both you and I have taken many births. I remember them all, O Arjuna, but you do not remember.
37) Hindi: हम जो देखते हैं वो हम हैं, और हम जो हैं हम उसी वास्तु को निहारते हैं इसलिए जीवन मे हमेशा अच्छी और सकारत्मक चीज़ो को देखो और सोचें।
In English : We behold what we are, and we are what we behold.
38) Hindi: अपने परम भक्तों, जो हमेशा मेरा स्मरण या एक-चित्त मन से मेरा पूजन करते हैं, मैं व्यक्तिगत रूप से उनके कल्याण का उत्तरदायित्व लेता हूँ।
In English : To those ever steadfast devotees, who always remember or worship Me with single-minded contemplation, I personally take responsibility for their welfare.”
39) Hindi: कर्म योग वास्तव में एक परम रहस्य है।
In English : Karma-yoga is a supreme secret indeed.
40) Hindi: इंद्रियों की दुनिया मे कल्पना सुखो की शुरुआत हैं और अंत भी जो दुख को जन्म देता हैं, हे अर्जुन।
In English : Pleasures conceived in the world of the senses have a beginning and an end and give birth to misery, Arjun.
41) Hindi: बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति को समाज कल्याण के लिए बिना आसक्ति के काम करना चाहिए।
In English : The wise should work without attachment, for the welfare of the society.
42) Hindi: जो व्यक्ति आध्यात्मिक जागरूकता के शिखर तक पहुँच चुके हैं, उनका मार्ग है निःस्वार्थ कर्म. जो भगवान् के साथ संयोजित हो चुके हैं उनका मार्ग है स्थिरता और शांति।
In English: For those who wish to climb the mountain of spiritual awareness, the path is selfless work. For those who have attained the summit of union with the Lord, the path is stillness and peace.
43) Hindi: यद्द्यापी मैं इस तंत्र का रचयिता हूँ, लेकिन सभी को यह ज्ञात होना चाहिए कि मैं कुछ नहीं करता और मैं अनंत हूँ।
In English: Though I am the author of this system, one should know that I do nothing and I am eternal.
44) Hindi: जब वे अपने कार्य में आनंद खोज लेते हैं तब वे पूर्णता प्राप्त करते हैं।
In English : They all attain perfection When they find joy in their work.
45) Hindi: वह जो सभी इच्छाएं त्याग देता है और “मैं” और “मेरा” की लालसा और भावना से मुक्त हो जाता है उसे शांती प्राप्त होती है।
In English: One who abandons all desires and becomes free from longing and the feeling of ‘I’ and ‘my’ attains peace.
46) Hindi: मेरे लिए ना कोई घृणित है ना प्रिय. किन्तु जो व्यक्ति भक्ति के साथ मेरी पूजा करते हैं, वो मेरे साथ हैं और मैं भी उनके साथ हूँ।
In English : There is no one hateful or dear to Me. But, those who worship Me with devotion, they are with Me and I am also with them.
47) Hindi: जो इस लोक में अपने काम की सफलता की कामना रखते हैं वे देवताओं का पूजन करें।
In English: Those who long for success in their work here [on the earth] worship the demigods.
48) In Hindi: मैं ऊष्मा देता हूँ, मैं वर्षा करता हूँ और रोकता भी हूँ, मैं अमरत्व भी हूँ और मृत्यु भी।
In English: I give heat, I send as well as withhold the rain, I am immortality as well as death.
49) In Hindi: बुरे कर्म करने वाले, सबसे नीच व्यक्ति जो राक्षसी प्रवित्तियों से जुड़े हुए हैं, और जिनकी बुद्धि माया ने हर ली है वो मेरी पूजा या मुझे पाने का प्रयास नहीं करते।
In English: The evil doers, the ignorant, the lowest persons who are attached to demonic nature, and whose intellect has been taken away by Maya do not worship or seek Me.
50) Hindi: जो कोई भी जिस किसी भी देवता की पूजा विश्वास के साथ करने की इच्छा रखता है, मैं उसका विश्वास उसी देवता में दृढ कर देता हूँ।
In English: Whosoever desires to worship whatever deity with faith, I make their faith steady in that very deity.
